Playing through the entire game and dlcs 3 years later really changed my perception of many things.

-Velen felt actually much better this time around, being more familiar with the game I enjoyed it far more than in my first playthrough.

-I already loved Novigrad on my first playthrough and it didn't change, I know some people find the quests boring but I love the city's atmosphere, I just wish there was more quests regarding the King of Beggars and Carlo Varese.

-I still don't like Skellige, I know It's loved and praised but I just don't find it interesting, yes it has 2 or 3 good contracts and some solid sidequests (cavern of dreams particularly) but I don't like how it looks and how annoying it is to navigate throughout certain islands.

-Heart of Stones felt much weaker, already knowing the plot I didn't enjoy the dlc very much this time around, It's very plot heavy after all and if you know everything there just isn't much left to enjoy.

-Blood and wine felt much stronger, the new zone, the amount of sidequests, Beauclair, new enemies, overall atmosphere and themes, you can feel that this DLC is on a totally different lvl from Heart of Stone in terms of what it adds to the game.
